A little piece of aerospace technology and beauty for your car — a fuel door cover made from genuine carbon fiber prepreg.
Prepreg, also known as pre-impregnated carbon fiber fabric or dry carbon, is the pinnacle of composite technology. Being one of the most complex and expensive carbon-fiber technologies to produce, it requires specialized tools and equipment such as temperature-resistant molds, curing ovens, and autoclaves. The result is undoubtedly the highest-quality finish: unmatched strength, high-temperature resistance, and a beautiful, perfectly undistorted weave.
We produce these covers from the finest Japan-made Mitsubishi Rayon fibers and finish them with multiple layers of high-gloss clear coat to protect them from UV exposure and ensure long-lasting durability.
Notice: This cover isn't compatible with the G82 or G26. Although all three models share the same rear body panels, there is a slight difference in the shape of the filler door.

Installation
- Application: The cover is applied directly on top of the existing fuel tank door.
- Fixing of the cover: 3M 468MP adhesive is applied to the back side of the cover. Remove the backing film and press the cover firmly onto the clean fuel tank door. The edges of the cover are rounded, allowing it to center itself perfectly on the door. In some cases, you may need to apply a little pressure at the edges to slide the cover into the correct position. It is good practice to remove the fuel door before application, although in most cases this is not necessary.
- Removal: The cover can be removed without leaving any residue on the original fuel tank door. Any remaining adhesive should be cleaned with a specialized adhesive cleaner that is safe for automotive paint. However, please note that you probably will not be able to save the cover itself after removal. Unless special methods are used, such as carefully dissolving or heating the adhesive, the carbon-fiber layer may crack or break into pieces. Please wear protective gloves when carrying out the removal.
- Thickness: 0.7 mm, adding virtually no perceptible thickness to the existing fuel tank door.
